Products and fragrance experience
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, raw-material variation and production batches may create small differences in colour or packaging. Fragrance perception and longevity vary by person, skin, climate, application and storage; descriptive language is subjective and not a guarantee of a particular experience.
Orders, pricing and payment
An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, suspected fraud, delivery, pricing or legal reasons. Prices and offers may change without notice but will not alter an already accepted order. Applicable taxes, delivery fees and the final total are shown at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction rights.
