PEUR PERFUME
FAQs
A few useful details about choosing, wearing and receiving your PEUR.
What does “Parfum” on the bottle mean?
PEUR PERFUME is the house name. “Parfum” appears only as a fragrance and packaging designation on the bottle and box.
How do I choose a fragrance online?
Start with the mood, then read the opening, heart and dry-down notes. The Find Your Scent page offers a simple atmosphere-led guide.
How long will the fragrance last?
Performance varies with formula, skin, weather, application and storage. Each product page includes a performance field for fragrance-specific guidance.
Where should I apply perfume?
Spray from a short distance onto pulse points or clothing. Avoid rubbing the fragrance after application and test delicate fabrics first.
How should I store my bottle?
Keep it upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and large temperature changes.
Can I return a fragrance if I do not like it?
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, preference-based returns are not accepted. Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders may qualify for replacement under the Returns & Replacement Policy.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a continuous unboxing video and clear photographs of the outer package, label and product.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page or the tracking link sent after dispatch. Logged-in customers can also review order status in My Account.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by serviceable postcode and order value.
Are the website colours identical to the physical product?
We photograph products carefully, but screen settings and lighting can create small colour differences. Bottle and packaging details may also be refined between production batches.
