Cancellation Policy
If plans change, contact us quickly. We can cancel an order only before it enters dispatch.
Before dispatch
Send a cancellation request to info@peurperfume.com
After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Refusing delivery does not automatically create a refund entitlement and any forward and return shipping charges may be deducted where permitted.
Changes to an order
Products, quantities, addresses and payment methods cannot always be changed after checkout. Contact us immediately; if modification is no longer operationally possible, the existing order will proceed.
Cancellation by PEUR PERFUME
We may cancel and refund an order because of stock error, payment or fraud concerns, pricing error, delivery restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you using the order contact details.
